New Beginnings

Vader

vaderI just wanted to give you another update on Vader…especially now that he is all settled in and that he is 7 months old today!

My other two have accepted him and love him.  He is sooooo sweet.  He is very affectionate and will not go anywhere unless I am there with him.  (Even when he eats I have to sit next to him).  He is a good boy and always lets us know when he has to potty.  He will scratch at the back door, very cute!  Every night he has to sleep in my arms…not my lap, but my arms…like a baby! It’s very cute, but I have to admit that for being so small, he sure snores louder than my other two!

His sharp nails are no longer an issue.  I was going to order those nail covers for him, but after three days of walking outside on a leash, they are smooth and short.  (Makes me think he never went on leash walks…he wasn’t good with walking on a leash at first, but now he is a natural!)

I was worried at first about getting another pug, but now that I have Vader, I can’t see it any other way. I’m just so glad I found him.

Thank you.

Courtney, Brian and the Pugs!

Chloe

chloeChloe is a bundle of joy. She loves to cuddle and play. She loved us from day one sleeping in our laps and kissing our faces. Chloe came to us at the perfect time. After we lost our beloved bulldog, we chose to adopt. When we needed love the most Chloe was there to give us unconditional love from the moment we met.

Chloe also has a new brother Snorkel the papillion. They are so cute together. She follows him everywhere wanting to always play or see what he is up to.

We can’t thank everyone involved in Chloe’s adoption process. She is a blessing and somehow I know she was already in the plan for our family before we ever met her.

Love,

Steven, Lisa, Snorkel and Chloe

Moe

moeHello CPR and fans!

It’s me, Goliven, reporting on my new home.  I really like it here!!!! My new family is very nice.  They have a big yard, and they let me go outside and poke around.  They like to go for walks a lot, and we have gone for a walk every day!  They take care that I don’t get too hot or too tired; I think that’s nice. I have a new bed, new toys, a new collar, and a new name.  They have started calling me “Moe” which I don’t mind.  I think I look like a “Moe”.  Besides, I didn’t respond to Goliven anyway. They can call me what they want, as long as they don’t call me late for dinner!

My mommy loves to snuggle with me, and she picks me up to snuggle a lot.  I love to cuddle with her.  I’m on my best behavior.  I have sat and listened, and have gone potty only outside.  My new parents keep saying they are “very impressed” with CPR and with me!  Yay!

I have two doggie brothers, a Maltese mix named Klyde, and a pug named Wilson.  We have fun together and sleep in our doggie beds every night in the living room.  I have a human sister named Kristen.  She’s 17.  I keep following her around, and she’s nice too.  I really like my new family, and check it out:  They say they’re in love with me!  Yay!

Anyway, I wanted you to know how I am, and to send some pics. Thanks for your help and lots of love to Momma Courtney (my foster mom)and Grandma Diane (my foster grandma).

Love,

Moe (As in Moe love, Moe food, Moe fun)

Penny

pennyThanks to CPR we added our beautiful Penny (A.K.A Punky) to our home. She is a loving happy girl that has brought our family so much joy. Since the very first day Penny stepped into our home she and her pug brother Pugsley have been fast friends. Everyone who meets the dynamic duo just loves them and their sweet demeanor.

We could not have asked for a better experience with CPR it has been fantastic.

Thanks to Marcia, Foster Mom Heather, and CPR, Penny has found her forever home and we have found a forever friend.
