We are deeply saddened to tell you that Hank aka Ernesto crossed the Rainbow Bridge last night. He had an emergency and despite all efforts…he passed at the vets office. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to his foster parents Trish and Jonathan Sceppa. Although Hank was only with them for a short while…they had quickly fallen in love with him and even renamed him Ernesto after Trish’s uncle. We hope they are comforted knowing they gave him a warm, safe, and loving home to live out his days. As heart broken as they are…may the fond memories of Hank make them smile. We know he’s not suffering anymore and is trying to explain to his new friends at the Rainbow bridge how he has 2 names! We will miss this “special angel” as Trish called him. 🙏🏻❤🐶🌈
Our hearts are completely broken today with the loss of precious Niko. He was loved and adored by many…most recently by Marcia Shapiro who permanently fostered him for the past 2 years. Niko came into CPR in 2011 at age 11 with a multitude of health issues. The main one being spinal disease. This didn’t stop this quirky guy…with the funny under bite from carrying his stuffed toys around the house! With Marcia’s love, adoration, and attention…Niko lived a beautiful life. We don’t think anyone will miss Niko more than his best bud Frankie. These two were inseparable and had a bond as if they were litter mates. Even until the end Frankie kept Niko company and watched over him as seen in the bottom picture. We know Niko left a huge paw print on your heart Frankie…as he did on all of ours. You will be missed Niko more than you’ll ever know. Rest in Peace sweet boy. 🐶❤🙏🏻🌈
